Ready for a Change



In January of 2017, my family decided it was time for a change. We realized it was time for us to change our bad eating habits, and live a more healthy lifestyle. To help us achieve this goal, I have created four weeks of healthy meal plans as well as a fitness and wellness program. Over the next little while, I am going to share what we've learned and how this wellness plan has affected our day to day lives.
